Discount cards cost $15 each. You can submit your form and payment at the PTA table at SPS University on September 12, 2024 from 5 - 7pm and instantly receive your card(s) or your student can turn them into their teacher no later than September 13 and the Card(s) will be sent Home on September 27, 2024 in Friday folders.
